Quornyx ("we", "our", "the app") is a banquet and restaurant booking management tool. Accounts are provisioned directly by the restaurant operator for its own owners and staff — there is no public sign-up. This policy explains what information the app collects, why, and how it's protected.
Information we collect

| Push notification token | To deliver booking-related alerts (new bookings, payment reminders, confirmations) to your device. |
We do not collect your device location, and we do not use any advertising or third-party analytics/tracking SDKs. The app does not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
How your information is used
- To operate the core features of the app — authentication, booking management, and notifications.
- To deliver push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google), which only receives a device token, not booking content.
- To keep your account secure (e.g. detecting compromised/jailbroken devices before allowing app use — this check happens entirely on your device and nothing is transmitted).
Data storage & security
- All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS), with certificate pinning to prevent interception.
- Your session token is stored using your device's secure, OS-level storage (Keychain on iOS, Keystore on Android) — never in plain text.
Data retention & deletion
Your account and booking data are retained for as long as your restaurant's account with Quornyx is active. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, contact us at info@quornyx.com.
Children's privacy
Quornyx is a business tool for restaurant staff and is not directed at, nor knowingly used by, children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
